The system rewards the employee for his participation in events and activities related to innovation by recording points for each participation, collecting them, and linking them to providing rewards and incentives to the employees....

• To be an employee of the General Directorate of Dubai Civil Defense. • Document proposals/innovations on the proposal platform “04”. • For collective feasible proposals (with a maximum total of (5) employees) 5 marks for each employee. • Documenting participation in events • Documenting knowledge transfer procedures • Documenting explicit and tacit knowledge

The earned points are exchanged for incentives and rewards that are determined by the total number of points, so that the employee can choose between redeeming part or all of the points to get the due reward. Redemption can be requested through the system.

Points are valid for one year from the date they are earned.
